Easley Edmunds Biography
Easley holds an undergraduate degree from James Madison University, where he acquired a dual degree (BBA) in Finance and Spanish. During that time, he also studied in Spain at the Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad de Complutense de Madrid. He holds his postgraduate degree, an MBA, from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Santiago, Chile.
Easley, a native of Richmond, Virginia, has spent nearly two decades living on the ground in Latin America. Based in Santiago, Chile, he pioneered the region for a publicly traded NY Fintech company, scaling their business from ground zero to ~10% of global revenue and positioning them as the dominant market leader in LATAM.
During this chapter of his career, Easley worked closely with the global alternative asset and advisor community to provide fundraising, reporting, and corporate development solutions using cutting-edge technology. Throughout this journey, he has amassed an expansive network across North and South America and a deep understanding of the dealmaking ecosystem.
After spending more than a decade facilitating the region’s most emblematic strategic transactions through innovative technology, he continued to gain experience in different contexts. He spearheaded capital raising for a promising startup and worked as an in-house resource for an emerging and diverse fund manager specializing in real estate and supply chain investments. This unique International journey and versatile exposure to the M&A and capital markets landscape inspired the creation of AmeriBridge Capital.
